The Foundation was founded in 1988. Since that time we have distributed over $200,000 to our Grants-to-Teachers program. In 2007, we gave out scholarships to deserving El Reno High School graduates to further education. Thanks to the generosity of Wilbur and Jean Gardner, long time residents of El Reno, we have been able to endow between 3 and 4 $4000 scholarships.
